To proceed with the request, simply follow these steps:
1. Download and fill out the form in Word (download here);
2. Make the payment by transfer to the following IBAN: PT50 0035 0891 0004 7601 8008 7
3. Send the word form and the attached proof of transfer to the email adagio@adagio.buzina.net.
4. Wait for the video to be sent to the indicated email address.
